DVD - Guaratinguetá
The Guaratinguetá Guitar Festival (Brazil) has the purpose of promoting the works of the brazillian guitarist and composer Dilermando Reis, besides also promoting the guitar culture and network between musicians.
The DVD presents 20 pieces interpreted by Nicolas de Souza Barros, Giácomo Bartoloni, Ítalo Perón, Theo de Barros, Izaías e Seus Chorões, Marcel Powell, Ulisses Rocha, Victor Biglione, Trio Dilermando Reis e o Trio Opus 12.
I had the priviledge to perform in the Trio Opus 12 along with Daniel Murray and Paulo Porto Alegre in this DVD. Paulo was my guitar teacher in Brazil, he taught me many great things and I feel grateful for all the lessons we had. The recording company selected one piece from our live concert performance, they chose our laid-back encore ;)
